What to Include
- About an order — your order number. It is in your confirmation email and it saves us a round trip.
- Something arrived damaged, or the wrong piece turned up — your order number and a photo. That is all we need; you will not have to send anything back.
- You want a refund — your order number. You have 30 days from delivery and you keep the piece. The details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
- You are looking for something we do not stock — describe it. A good part of the catalogue got here because someone asked.
- Press, collaborations, wholesale — tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
Before You Write
A few answers you may not need to wait for:

- Where is my order? Tracking arrives by email at dispatch. Orders land within 7 to 15 days of being placed.
- Do you ship outside the US? Not yet.
- Anything else — the FAQ has the questions we get most often.
Your Information
There are no advertising trackers on this site. No Meta pixel, no Google tag, no TikTok, nothing following you from page to page to build a profile.
What you send us by email is used to answer you, and kept no longer than we need it for that. The full detail — what our payment and shipping providers necessarily see, how long things are kept, and how to ask us to delete your data — is in our Privacy Policy.
Who You Are Writing To
HairSticksHaven is a small independent shop. We choose the pieces, write every product page ourselves, and answer the email. There is no ticketing system and no script.
