A Hair Dagger with Wings at the Guard

Wings open on either side of the guard, feather by feather, around a fanged face at the centre. Above them the grip is wrapped in raised bands, and the pommel is pierced twice, two open rings that catch the light from behind. Below runs a long blade with a ridge down the middle, tapering to a point that slides through a twist without snagging a single strand.
