A Medieval Hair Pin Shaped as a Longsword

No creature, no scrollwork, no stone. A blade runs almost the whole length with a single raised ridge down its centre, narrowing evenly to the point. Above it the crossguard arches and turns down at both ends, the quillons flaring slightly where they finish. The grip is banded in three places and the pommel is a plain faceted knob. The finish is antique silver, darker in the hollows.
